How to Enter
A valid email address and email confirmation are required. There are two ways to enter:
Website signup: Visit https://deltawhiskeyapparel.com/pages/join-our-mailing-list, complete the giveaway signup form, and confirm your email using the confirmation email sent to you. This method includes subscribing to Delta Whiskey Apparel marketing emails, as disclosed on the form.
Email entry: Existing subscribers and anyone who does not wish to subscribe to marketing emails may email deltawhiskeyapparel@gmail.com with the subject “Stay Ready Hoodie Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name and state or U.S. territory of residence, and state that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Official Rules. Existing subscribers are welcome to enter but are not automatically entered solely because they already belong to the mailing list.
Limit one entry per person across both entry methods. Both methods receive the same chance of winning. Multiple email addresses do not provide additional entries. Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries beyond the limit are not eligible.

Sizing Notice
This hoodie runs small. We recommend selecting one size larger than your usual size and checking the product’s size guide before confirming your selection.
Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random on November 16, 2026, from all eligible, confirmed entries received during the giveaway period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Purchasing products or subscribing to marketing emails does not improve those odds.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted at their entry email address from deltawhiskeyapparel@gmail.com.
The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery, including their selected size and shipping address.
If the potential winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Delta Whiskey Apparel will not require payment or credit-card information to claim the prize.
Prize Processing and Shipping
After the winner’s eligibility, size, and shipping address have been confirmed, the prize will be processed according to Delta Whiskey Apparel’s usual fulfillment timeframe.
Processing normally takes 3–7 business days before shipment. During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or supplier delays, processing may take up to 14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the delivery destination. Tracking information will be emailed when the prize ships. Significant unexpected delays will be communicated to the winner.
Email Marketing and Privacy
Participants using the website mailing-list signup method agree to receive marketing emails as disclosed on the signup form.
Participants using the email-entry method are not added to the marketing list solely because they entered the giveaway.
Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not invalidate an otherwise eligible, confirmed giveaway entry.
Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and deliver the prize. Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy linked on the giveaway page.
Facebook and Instagram
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
By entering, each participant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release Facebook and Instagram from liability arising out of or relating to this giveaway.
Participants provide their information to Delta Whiskey Apparel, not to Facebook or Instagram. Questions about the giveaway should be directed to the sponsor.
Fair Administration
Delta Whiskey Apparel may disqualify entries involving fraud, automated submissions, tampering, or violations of these rules.
If circumstances beyond the sponsor’s reasonable control prevent fair administration, the sponsor may suspend or modify the giveaway as permitted by law. Material updates will be posted on this page, and eligible entries already received will be handled fairly.
