 While many of you who’ve been with the brand for a while already know some of this, Delta Whiskey Apparel is growing fast — and a lot of new folks are discovering us right now. We wanted to dedicate this space to give a behind-the-scenes look at what’s happening and how we’re handling your orders.

Delta Whiskey Apparel is a lean, hands-on operation. We do get help, but for the most part it’s a small, focused team here. During high-volume periods there can be a 7–14 business day wait before shipment simply due to order spikes and our commitment to quality checks. Please keep that in mind when ordering and know that your purchase directly supports a small business building for the long haul.

Over the last month we’ve been investing heavily in our production setup — new equipment, better workflows, and refined QC. That means a short learning curve now, but a major boost to throughput and consistency going forward.

In practical terms, these upgrades should increase production capacity and reduce turnaround times once fully dialed in. Our goal is to keep your favorite tees, hoodies, hats, and patches moving with fewer bottlenecks while maintaining the rugged quality you expect from DW.

A few realities that can still affect timing: supplier stock levels, carrier delays, weather events, and the occasional hiccup when scaling up. If anything out of the ordinary impacts your order, we’ll do our best to communicate updates quickly and clearly.

What you can expect right now: typical processing of 3–7 business days for most orders, with the possibility of up to 1–2 weeks during peak surges or while we complete equipment dialing. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
